About Speculative Fiction Review:

Speculative Fiction Review is a publisher and bookseller. We are promoting promising new writers in the area of speculative fiction: science fiction, suspense, thrillers, topical, and mixed genre fiction. Readers can browse our books in the Books section of this site, where they are encouraged to sample the free book downloads. We carry both paper books and ebooks. Our ebooks do not have DRM, thus our ebooks are portable and printable. We are looking for readers who are actively seeking out quality new writers.

Readers can join the discussion in the Forum, where they can also read the First Chapter of our Books, as well as short stories. We feature recommendations on the best in science fiction, mystery, and suspense in Pete's Picks and in our Book Store. Readers can get virtually any book in our bookstore, both new and used.

At Speculative Fiction Review, we believe that there is a world of unpublished, high quality manuscripts out there by exciting new writers that deserve to be read and enjoyed. Our aim, quite simply, is to find those manuscripts, then publish and distribute them to as many readers as possible.

At this initial stage of our evolution, we are promoting well-researched Science Fiction, Thrillers, Historical, Crime, Mystery, and Topical and cross-genre novels with realistic, appealing characters. If you are a writer and a professional or amateur scientist, technician, historian, criminologist, doctor, or person with some other special interest or vocation, we seek to bring you together with discriminating readers.

We also offer professional writers the opportunity to expose their newest work to readers. By putting their work on the web for exposure, writers get a worldwide audience of English-speaking readers to buy and enjoy their work.
